What ties us to KI-Managementsolutions GmbH is more than a partner list: we hold a stake in them. This page says who they are, what they are good at, and what that means for a job with us.
Who KI-MS is
KI-Managementsolutions GmbH is based in Geiss, Switzerland, and is run by Peter Duliba. They work with the management of mid-sized companies. There, AI is not celebrated as a project but introduced as a piece of equipment.
Their trade is the orderly introduction: the analysis of where AI actually pays off, management systems to ISO/IEC 42001, the records that go with them, and the ethical assessment of what a company wants to bring in. Their own sentence for it: “We support companies in introducing AI responsibly: economically sound, manageable under regulation, and ethically defensible.”
That is exactly the work nobody enjoys doing and everybody running AI ends up needing: being able to show what the system does, who answers for it, and what it was measured against.
What we hold a stake in
Balane is a shareholder in KI-Managementsolutions GmbH. So we are not merely listed on their partner page, we carry the firm with them: same direction, same standards, the same idea of how you talk to a mid-sized company.
We tell you this before you ask. If we point you to KI-MS at some step, you should know that we hold a stake there, and then decide for yourself whether you want that or would rather commission someone else.
What the network is
Their partner page lists several independent firms side by side, each with its own trade. There are no tiers and no ranks. We are one of those firms.
The purpose is unremarkable, and dependable for that reason: what one firm cannot do itself, another does, instead of someone pretending to do everything.
What we do and what they do
We look at companies and we build. We write the code, we hand it over with the access, and after that it runs without us.
AI management systems and the records behind them are not something we set up ourselves. Where a line in a report states a legal obligation rather than a finding about your company, KI-MS comes in, at that point and nowhere else. In the reports those lines are marked as such.
What this does not change for you
Your contact remains me. You do not get a second number, a second sales team, or a hand-off.
The price for what we build is fixed before you sign. If a management system is needed on top of that, we say so openly, name the range, and you decide about it separately.
